“ Stumbled upon this place and so glad I did. We had some of the best and unique food we’ve ever had, along with amazing wine and delicious dessert. Do not miss the eggplant chips, truly fantastic. Duck and dumplings were superb as well. ”
“ My first time having Georgian food and our friends who are experts and took us there also enjoyed it a lot. It is a new place and def worth trying out! Everything was tasty and freshly made. We loved the dumplings - especially the mushroom and the traditional hot soup one! They even have a local Georgian sparkling water and some in-house & traditionally prepared drinks and desserts. Worth the visit! ”
“ Karater is an excellent elevated Georgian food bistro created by the famous Georgian chef Guram. We booked a table for 6 in advance and we enjoyed Adjaruli Khachapuri (cheese bread) for a starter along with the eggplant dish. The Georgian wine was excellent and they even import Georgian bottled water which was surprisingly good and a nice touch. The main dishes were excellent with the Kharcho and Chakapuli as stand outs. We did have an issue with one person in our party of 6 not receive their main dish until everyone else had finished. Hopefully this is not a common experience with the service. We would recommend the food and will return again. ”

The Adjarian khachapuri was absolutely divine, with a generous amount of cheese. Giving 4 stars for service instead of 5 because something was mistakenly added to our bill – probably just an honest mistake. ”
